How does the free mockup work?
Four steps, and you only commit at the last one. Most coaches go from filling in this form to holding a finished design in under a week, because the first draft arrives inside a day and revisions are same-day.
What do you get in a free uniform mockup?
A Capra mockup is a production-accurate rendering of your uniform, not a generic template with your logo dropped beside it. Every mockup includes:
- Front and back views of the uniform in your team’s colors
- Your logo placed on the garment, at the size and position it will print
- Player names and numbers set in the fonts we actually produce
- Sponsor logos, at no extra charge
- The real garment template — what you approve is what gets made

What should I have ready before filling out the form?
Nothing is required — you can request a mockup with just your sport and team name. But the more you send, the closer the first draft lands, and the fewer rounds it takes to finish.

Can I browse designs before requesting a mockup?
Yes, and it speeds things up. Every design in our catalogue has a code — find one you like, note the code, and put it in the design notes field on the form. We rebuild it in your colors with your logo, free, within 24 hours.
What happens after I approve the mockup?
Approving a mockup does not commit you to anything. When you do decide to order, this is the rest of the process:
- Pricing. Custom jerseys start at $29.99 and full uniforms at $39.99 per player in the 10–19 tier, with better per-player pricing at 20–49 and 50+. Every customization is included. See full team uniform pricing.
- Sizing. Uniforms are sublimated to order and cannot be exchanged afterwards, so size the roster against the size guide first. Free samples and a full sizing kit are available before you commit.
- Order and invoice. You submit the roster with names, numbers and sizes, and we send a secure invoice.
- Production. Most orders ship 3–4 weeks after you approve the final design proof, and you get production updates along the way.

Does the mockup really cost nothing?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. You do not need to place an order, pay a deposit, or enter payment details to get a mockup.
How long does a custom uniform mockup take?
Within 24 hours of your request. If you send your logo and colors with the form, that is usually the entire turnaround, with no back-and-forth needed first.
Is there a minimum order to request a mockup?
No. Anyone can request a free mockup, with no minimum and no commitment. Team orders themselves start at a 10-player minimum.
Do I need a finished logo?
No. Send whatever you have — a rough sketch, a photo of an old jersey, or just your team name and colors. A designer can work from any of those, and can clean up or rebuild a logo as part of the mockup.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, at no charge. You work with a real designer until the design is right, however many rounds that takes.
What file types can I upload?
JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, HEIC, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS — up to 5 files. Vector formats (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest print result.
Will you put our sponsor’s logo on the uniform?
Yes, at no extra charge. Upload the sponsor artwork with your logo and note where you want it in the design notes.
Which sports do you make uniforms for?
Baseball, softball, football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and flag football / 7v7 — plus matching warmups, hoodies, bags, hats and socks. If your sport is not listed on the form, choose the closest one and tell us in the design notes.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to build your mockup and to follow up with you about it. That is all.
