Custom short sleeve volleyball jerseys
Short sleeve is the middle ground in volleyball and the cut most club and school programs settle on. It gives more shoulder coverage than sleeveless without the warmth of a long sleeve, which matters in a gym that runs hot through a tournament weekend.
Short sleeve, cap sleeve or sleeveless?
Sleeveless is the traditional indoor cut and still the most common at high school level. Cap sleeve sits between the two, covering the shoulder without a full sleeve, and is the fastest growing cut we make. Long sleeve is standard for club programs that play in cold gyms and for teams who want forearm coverage on digs.
All four cuts print from the same artwork, so a club can run different sleeve lengths across age groups and still look like one program.
Fit and fabric
Volleyball jerseys are cut closer than most sports because a loose jersey catches on the net and rides up on a dig. Ours use a four-way stretch polyester with a slightly longer body so it stays tucked through a full rally.
Libero jerseys
Your libero needs a jersey that contrasts clearly with the rest of the squad, which is a rule requirement rather than a style choice. We build the libero jersey from the same design in a contrasting colorway, so the team still reads as one unit.
