What sizes do custom volleyball uniforms come in?

Capra volleyball uniforms run a full youth-through-adult size range, so every player from your youngest league team to your varsity roster gets a proper fit. Because sublimated uniforms are made to order, sizing is locked in at production — check the volleyball size guide and measure your roster before you submit.

How long do custom volleyball uniforms take?

Choosing your sleeve length

Volleyball is the one sport where sleeve length is a real decision rather than a style preference, because it changes how the jersey behaves on a dig or a dive. We build all three cuts on the same sublimated fabric, so the choice is about play and preference, not quality.

Sleeveless is the traditional club and high school cut. Maximum shoulder range for hitters and blockers, and the coolest option in a hot gym. This is still the most common choice for indoor competitive play.

Cap sleeve gives a little shoulder coverage while keeping the arm free. Popular with programs that want a more finished look on court or a modest cut without moving to a full sleeve.

Long sleeve has become the standout look in club volleyball, and it is also the practical choice for cold gyms and for players who spend time on the floor. Libero jerseys

The rules require the libero to wear a jersey that clearly contrasts with the rest of the team, and getting that wrong at check-in is an avoidable headache.

We build libero jerseys as part of the same order and on the same design, inverted or recoloured so the contrast is unmistakable to an official while the set still reads as one team. Tell us how many liberos you carry when you send your roster and we will include them in the mockup — there is no separate design charge.

The uniform is the same across programs. What changes is order size and timing.

Club volleyball uniforms

Club and AAU volleyball is where the biggest orders sit. A club running 12U through 18U squads is buying several teams at once, which crosses the 20 and 50 quantity breaks and brings the per-player price down across the whole organisation. One design in different colorways per age group keeps the club identity intact while letting each squad look distinct.

High school volleyball uniforms

High school volleyball uniforms and middle school volleyball uniforms follow the same pattern: one set per squad with an athletic director or booster approval chain behind it. Numbers are sized to state association requirements by default, and the libero jersey is built in the same order rather than sourced separately.

Youth volleyball uniforms

Youth programs turn sizes over every season and often need a mid-season addition when a player joins. Because the artwork is stored rather than screen printed, a reorder of two jerseys in year two matches the original run exactly instead of being a near-miss.

Boys volleyball uniforms

Boys volleyball is the fastest growing side of the sport and the kit differs. Boys squads run longer shorts rather than spandex, and usually prefer a looser jersey cut than the fitted women’s pattern.
