Free with any team order
Free online team stores for youth sports. No spreadsheets.
Parents pick their own sizes and pay online. Your program earns on every item. The coach never fronts money, never chases a payment, and never retypes a size again.
Starts with a free 24-hour mockup. No setup fee, no software, no monthly cost. Orders from 10 players.
- Parents pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Sizes and names entered by each family
- One production run, one delivery
- Markup goes back to the program

How a free team store works
Setting up a store takes less of your time than one round of collecting sizes. It starts the way every Capra order starts, with a free mockup, and the store is built around the design you approve.

Request a free mockup
Team name, colors, logo if you have one, and the pieces you want. A designer sends a mockup within 24 hours.
Day 1
Approve the design
Ask for changes until it is right. Every item in the store is built from this design, all made to match.
Week 1
Choose items, window and markup
Just the uniform, or uniform plus hoodie and bag. Pick the open date and the fundraising markup, if any.
Week 1
Review your private link
The store is a password-protected page. You check every item, price and size option before any family sees it.
Week 2
Share one link
Announce it at practice, post the link that evening, and let the store do the collecting for up to two weeks.
Weeks 2 to 4
After the close date, everything ordered becomes one production run. Production and shipping take about three to four weeks, and the whole team’s gear arrives in one delivery to hand out at practice.
What every store comes with
The same setup for a 12-player rec team and a 150-player club. Nothing to install, nothing to configure, nothing to pay for.
A private linkYour store is a password-protected page on caprasport.com with only your team’s items in it. You review it before any family sees it.
Parents pay onlineCard, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. An unpaid item is simply not ordered, so there is nothing to chase.
A size chart on every itemEach piece links to the measurement chart for that exact garment, and a player can enter split sizes for jersey and shorts.
Name and number fieldsFamilies type the player name and number themselves and see it on screen, so spellings arrive right the first time.
Markup back to the programSet a markup once. It is added at checkout on every item and paid to the program after the store closes.
One run, one deliveryEverything ordered inside the window is made together and arrives in one box to hand out at practice.
Turn the team order into a fundraiser
Families already spend real money on youth sports. A team store does not add to that bill. It sends a slice of what they were going to spend on gear back into the program. You set a markup once when the store is built. It is applied at checkout on every item, and the total is paid to the program after the store closes.
| Markup per item | 25 items | 40 items | 60 items |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3 | $75 | $120 | $180 |
| $5 | $125 | $200 | $300 |
| $8 | $200 | $320 | $480 |
A hoodie-and-tee store for a 15-player roster commonly sells 40 to 60 items once parents, siblings and grandparents are counted. Keep the markup small and say what it funds: families who know the five dollars pays tournament fees buy a second hoodie.
What should go in the store
Anything in your team’s design language, all sublimated to match. The mistake is listing everything. A store with twenty items sells less than a store with five, because parents stall. Start with what the whole roster needs, add two or three pieces families actually ask for, and stop.
Prices shown are the 10 to 19 player tier and drop at 20 and 50 players. Full list on the 2026 price guide. Sponsor logos are included at no extra charge.
The stores that work are boring on purpose. One package, one close date, one message a week. The coach who tries to offer everything, open-ended, is back to chasing people by week three.Agha, Capra Sports
Sizing moves to the family, where it belongs
The parent standing next to the player picks a better size than a coach guessing from a spreadsheet ever will. Three things make it work.
Garment charts, not label sizes
Every item links to the measurement chart for that exact piece. A youth large compression top and a youth large loose jersey are not the same garment. Our youth jersey sizing guide shows where the tape goes.
Split sizes
A player who needs a medium jersey and a large short enters both. The order carries it straight through to production, nothing retyped.
A sizing kit before the store opens
For teams that want to be sure, real samples at one practice settle it. Ask for the kit when you request the mockup. It ships against a refundable deposit and we pay the return shipping.
| Step | When | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Mockup request | Week 0 | You send the form. A free mockup comes back within 24 hours. |
| Design approved | Week 0 to 1 | You review, request changes, approve. The store is built around this design. |
| Store opens | Week 1 to 2 | Private link goes to the families. Orders and payments arrive on their own. |
| Store closes | Week 3 to 4 | Up to two weeks after opening. Everything in the store becomes one production run. |
| Production and shipping | Weeks 4 to 8 | About three to four weeks, the same as any team order. |
| One delivery | Week 8 | The whole team’s gear arrives together and is handed out at practice. |
Start the mockup roughly eight weeks before the gear is needed. Tournament teams should add a week of slack.
Not ready for a store?
You can still stop collecting sizes by hand. The free team uniform order form collects sizes, numbers and name spellings from one link without a store attached, and there is a t-shirt order form for spirit wear. Team store questions coaches ask
What is an online team store?
A private web page on caprasport.com stocked only with your team's custom gear. Each family opens the link, picks sizes from the real garment chart, types the player name and number, and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. When the store closes, everything ordered becomes one production run and ships together.
Does a team store cost anything to set up?
No. There is no setup fee, no software to buy and no monthly cost. The store is built for free as part of a team order. Items are priced at the published per-item prices by quantity tier, the same as any Capra order.
How does a team store raise money for our program?
You choose a markup when the store is built, for example $5 on a hoodie. It is added at checkout on every item and the total is paid to the program after the store closes. Spirit wear raises the most because parents, siblings and grandparents buy it too.
How long does the store stay open?
Up to two weeks. You pick the opening date. A fixed window gets orders in, and one close date means the whole team's gear is made in one production run, which is what holds the per-item price.
Is there a minimum order?
The normal team minimum of 10 players applies once the store closes. A full roster clears it on its own. There is no minimum to request the free mockup.
How do parents get the sizes right?
Every item links to the measurement chart for that exact garment, and a player can enter one size for the jersey and another for the shorts. For teams that want certainty, we can send a sizing kit of real samples before the store opens, against a refundable deposit.
What happens if a family misses the close date?
Late orders cannot be added to the batch, because production has already started. A family that misses the window can ask about a second run, which carries the same 10-player minimum.
Where does the gear ship?
In one delivery to the coach or club address, ready to hand out at practice. Per-family shipping can be set up when a program prefers it.
What can go in the store?
Anything in your team's design: game uniforms or a uniform package, hoodies, tees, polos, warm-ups, backpacks and bat bags, hats, socks and arm sleeves, all made to match. Stores with five items or fewer sell best.
How long does production take after the store closes?
About three to four weeks for production and shipping, the same as any team order. Start the mockup about eight weeks before the gear is needed.
Give your team a store, not a spreadsheet.
Send your team name, colors and logo. A designer returns a free mockup within 24 hours, and the store is built around the design you approve. No setup fee, no software, no collecting money.
