Custom baseball uniforms are made to order, so they cannot be swapped like off-the-shelf gear. This guide gives you the button-down jersey size chart, shows you exactly how to measure jerseys and pants, and explains how a Capra uniform fits, so you size your roster right the first time and nobody waits on a remake mid-season.

How do you measure for a baseball uniform?

Measure a jersey and a pair of pants that already fit the player, laid flat and smooth, in inches — not the body. A jersey uses two numbers, chest and length; pants use waist and inseam. Match those flat measurements to the charts below to pick each player’s size.

Jersey

Chest: straight across, 1″ below the armhole (the flat half-chest used in the chart). Length: highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.

Pant

Waist: across the top of the waistband, edge to edge (double it for the full waistband). Inseam: crotch seam straight down to the hem.

Baseball Jersey Size Chart

Capra baseball button-down jerseys come in Youth and Men’s cuts. Measure the flat chest one inch below the armhole and the length from the shoulder’s high point to the hem, then match the closest row. Between two sizes, size up for growing youth players and stay true to chart for a fitted adult cut.

Baseball Pant Size Chart

Capra baseball pants come in full-length and knicker builds with an elastic or belt-loop waist. Measure the flat waist across the top of the waistband and the inseam from the crotch seam to the hem, then match the chart. Order the inseam for the look you want — full-length to the shoe or knicker to just below the knee.

How should a baseball uniform fit?

Capra baseball jerseys are cut athletic and true to the chart; the button-down front sits clean without pulling. Pants are sized by waist and inseam — players choose full-length or knicker length for the look they want. The button-down jersey is sized youth and men’s; baseball pants also come in a women’s cut, so size each from its own chart.
