How Custom Uniforms Are Made: From Free Mockup to Delivery
Ever wonder what happens between approving a design and your team unboxing their new uniforms? Here is exactly how custom uniforms are made, from your free mockup to delivery.
Every Capra uniform is made in our own factory, which is how we keep quality high and timelines tight.
1. Free design mockup (24 hours)
You share your colors, logo, and ideas, and a designer creates a custom mockup so you see the finished look before you commit a cent.
2. Approval and sizing
You approve the design and lock in sizes (a free sizing kit makes this easy), so production starts with everything correct.
3. Sublimation printing
Your design is printed and heat-pressed so the color bonds into the fabric, then the panels are cut to pattern.
4. Cut, sew, and quality check
Skilled sewers assemble each piece, and every uniform is checked before it leaves the factory.
5. Delivery
Your finished order is packed and shipped to arrive in time for your season.
